Yes, Christiwood is a pet friendly community.
Both cats and dogs are allowed at our community.
Breed restrictions do apply, we also have a weight limit of 50 pounds for one pet or combined for two pets. We also require a PetScreening application, we reserve the right to refuse any pet. Please see our community description for more info.
Yes, we have a $300 one-time fee for one pet or $400 fee for two pets plus a refundable deposit of $300 for a total of $600 for one pet or $700 for two pets, and $15 for monthly pet rent.
Our community offers a dog park for your four-legged friend and a new dog wash station.

Applicants pay a one-time application fee, $300 security deposit, and a pet fee of $15 per month. Applicants will also need to provide proof of renters insurance.

Leasing
